Mumbai : Actress Ankita Lokhande, who started her career with the famous dailysoap “Pavitra Rishta”
as a lead actress alongside the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, somehow managed to get into the film
industry. She stunned her fans with her amazing performances in films like “Manikarnika”, and received
immense appreciation from the audience and critics.
Nowadays, Ankita is spending time with her family and actively participating in various online campaigns
that seek justice for Sushant Singh Rajput.
The Manikarnika actress posted a few pictures of herself in a beautiful white saree which has golden

However, Ankita Lokhande and Shibani Dandekar, who are into the war of words with each other with
concern to Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. Ankita who dated Sushant for six years taking a stand for his
family and imposed serious allegations on Rhea for misusing the late actor’s money and fame. On the
other side, Shibani keeps on supporting her friend Rhea and speaks against those who are targeting her
friend over drug charges and other imposed allegations.
Things got more into the dirt when Ankita Lokhande has shared a lengthy note on Instagram in which she
joins dots from Shibani Dandekar’s ‘2 seconds of fame’ tweet to her own career in television. Ankita
posted a lengthy note on Instagram and shared a picture quoted with the tagline ‘Proud to be a television
actor’. She wrote, “I have been an actor in television and Bollywood for the past 17 years and now,
when I am trying to support justice for my late friend, a view has been expressed that I am seeking
justice because I need 2 seconds of fame and cheap publicity.” She also added, “Is it because I have
worked mostly in television and not in Bollywood?” Well, she wrote a long note on how people invest an
equal amount of hard work and dedication in the television industry as it would take in Bollywood.
On the work front, Ankita Lokhande was last seen in Ahmed Khan’s directed action thriller film “Baaghi
3”, which also stars Ritesh Deshmukh, Tiger Shroff, and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles. Inspite of
the digital release, the film became the second highest grossing Bollywood film of 2020.
